    Shenandoah River
    The Shenandoah River is a tributary of the Potomac River and flows nearly 150 mi (241 km) in both West Virginia and Virginia. The river is formed near Front Royal by the convergence of the South and North Forks, and joins the Potomac in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The river is a popular area for those looking for watersport activities.

    New River

    New River winds through Virginia, West Virginia and parts of North Carolina and is renowned for its canoeing, kayaking and some of the best bass fishing in the state. The river is among the oldest rivers on the continent, and 70,000 acres of land are available for recreational use along its banks.
